Standard shipping leaves our California warehouse within 48 hours and typically arrives within 2-5 business days. Orders placed over the weekend and major holidays days are fulfilled within 2-3 business days and then shipped.
Please note that each product may have a different ship time. Orders with multiple products will ship when all products are ready for shipment together.

For misprinted/damaged/defective items, please submit a claim within 1 week after the product has been received to firstname.lastname@example.org.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please email us at email@example.com. Please submit photos of the defective item if that is the reason for return/exchange.
Reasons for Returns
Wrong Address – If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Returned by Customer – Please email firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any products. If you are returning for refund or size exchange, you are liable to pay for return shipping to our warehouse. Once we receive the return/exchange, we can process the refund or exchange. All items returned for refund or exchange must be in resellable condition. Meaning it has not be worn or washed.
